This notice explains how information submitted through the ENTRA Subsurface & Surface inquiry form is used.

Information we receive

Your name, email address, organization (if provided), area of interest, message, and language. We also record the submission date and a receipt reference.

How it is used

To assess and respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Keep your first message to general project information; confidential documents can be exchanged separately.

Access and storage

Inquiries are stored in the website database. The inquiry inbox is restricted to the authorized ENTRA account. Hosting and authentication infrastructure processes the data needed to provide these services.

Abuse prevention

The site uses a control field and submission limits. A technical identifier derived from the network address expires after 24 hours and is used to apply these limits, without storing that address in the inquiry database. Expired records are removed when new submissions are processed.

To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, email roribio@entraconsulting.com and include your receipt reference if available.

External services

Hosting and authentication are provided by the site platform. Typefaces may load from Google Fonts. No advertising tools or automatic subscriptions have been added.
